Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with guests and staff.
Robust leadership and management skills are necessary to supervise and motivate a team.
Ability to work well under pressure,



handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of fine wine and cuisine is an asset, with the ability to make recommendations to guests.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
