Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales for Home Automation solutions in the assigned territory.
Build and manage relationships with A-Grade Architects, Builders, and Developers.
Identify and convert current project opportunities into business.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with architects and consultants.




Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
Achieve sales targets and expand the project pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
4+ years of experience in Project Sales.
Mandatory experience in the Home Automation industry.
Proven experience handling A-Grade Architects, Builders, and Developers.
Solid market knowledge of Mumbai (Worli and nearby areas).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
