Manage day-to-day work across multiple teams or units to ensure high efficiency.
Create and track operational budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
Design and update internal policies, workflows, and quality standards.
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate lower-level managers and staff.
Analyze operational metrics to find bottlenecks and fix problems at the root cause.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health codes, and company regulations
Production Management: Oversee spinning, weaving, knitting, or garment processing floors to hit volume targets.
Supply Chain & PPC: Manage Production Planning and Control (PPC), raw material sourcing, and inventory flows.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with buyer specifications, social audits, and international quality benchmarks.
Cost Optimization: Reduce operating waste, monitor labor and machinery expenses, and review product costing.
Team Leadership: Direct department heads, floor managers, and engineering teams while driving workplace safety.
