Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of qualified experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging creatives for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
Create branding assets and maintain consistency across all digital and print designs.
Develop creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Design promotional materials for courses, events, workshops, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver creative campaigns.
Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and visual elements.
Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.




Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Figma is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience in educational, digital marketing, or advertising industries is preferred.
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
