Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager IT to lead the organization's IT strategy, infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless technology operations across business units.

Key Responsibilities
Lead IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity operations.
Manage ERP systems (Odoo preferred), business applications, and digital transformation projects.
Oversee IT budgets, vendor management, software licensing, and technology procurement.
Ensure high system availability, data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Lead the IT team,



provide technical guidance, and support business growth through technology solutions.
Evaluate, implement, and support AI tools to enhance business productivity, decision-making, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1218 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Robust expertise in IT infrastructure, ERP, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and project management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
