A Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, offices, or assigned facilities to ensure a clean, secure, and comfortable workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby areas, and common spaces.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries and supplies.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
Dispose of trash and maintain waste segregation practices.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
Assist guests/customers politely when required.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies.
Complete daily cleaning checklists and assigned tasks on time.

Education & Experience
Graduater from Hotel / Hospitality Management
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
