We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our centre as the Head. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in management and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality services.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue growth.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,



partners, and vendors.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management or leadership.
Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Experience in managing and leading a team of specialists, focusing on development and growth.
