About the Role:

Shyam Fashion Apparels (SFA) is looking for a passionate and experienced MSF Trainer to join our energetic team in Gurgaon. We are on a mission to build stronger teams and deliver exceptional retail experiences. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver Training: Conduct highly engaging and structured training sessions (both in-store and virtually) covering product knowledge, customer service, grooming, and core retail skills.

Identify Needs & Coach: Assess store-level training needs, conduct regular refresher sessions, and coach teams on the floor to improve overall retail performance.

Drive Sales Excellence: Build solid product knowledge among staff to boost selling excellence and enhance the overall customer experience to meet brand standards.

LMS Management: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), drive user engagement, and meticulously track training completion and records.





Onboarding & Engagement: Support the HR team with new employee onboarding, induction processes, and team engagement initiatives.

Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with Store Managers and HR to cultivate a robust, continuous learning culture across all retail outlets.

Desired Candidate Profile (What You Have):

Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven training experience, specifically within the fashion retail or lifestyle brand sector.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Proficiency in English and Hindi).

Core Traits: Highly passionate about developing people, driving business results, and creating a positive impact.

Skillset: Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, digital training tools, and MS Office.
