Good Fellow Consultancy (a unit of Bullion Marketing) is looking for an HR Intern to support our hiring, onboarding, and people operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real HR experience in a quick-growing hospitality marketing agency.

Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and confirmation letters
Maintain employee and intern records
Support onboarding for new hires and interns
Track attendance, leave requests, and deliverable sheets for freelancers
Help draft HR policies and documentation as needed
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Prior HR internship experience is a plus, not mandatory

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹24,089.47 per month
