We are hiring a Head Barista for a premium café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the coffee operations, preparing high-quality beverages, training the barista team, maintaining service standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and other café beverages.
Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station in accordance with food safety standards.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of coffee machines and equipment.
Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.




Support the Café Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience
2–5 years of experience as a Barista.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior or lead barista role.
Experience in specialty coffee cafés is preferred.
