Job Responsibilities
Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
Manage cash, card, UPI, and voucher payments.
Support and guide cashiers during store operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of billing counters.
Resolve customer billing-related queries.
Perform cash tally and counter closing activities.
Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
Support customer service and loyalty program enrollments.
Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate.
4 months to 1 year of experience in retail billing or cashier role.
Basic computer and POS knowledge.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in shifts and on weekends.
