Description: Handle customer support via phone, email & chat. Solve software issues, solve complex cases, and maintain records.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident and persuasive communicator.
Comfortable interacting with clients/customers over phone, video calls, and in person.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle challenging conversations professionally.
Positive attitude with a results-oriented approach.
Experience in sales, customer relations, business development, or similar client-facing roles is preferred.
