Vendor Management
Appoint, manage, and evaluate contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Review contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of construction materials and equipment.

Cost &
Budget Control
Monitor project budgets and construction costs.
Identify prospects for cost optimization without compromising quality.
Review project estimates, BOQs, and variation orders.




Ensure effective financial control throughout project execution.

Quality &
Safety
Implement robust quality assurance and quality control systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Promote a culture of safety across all project sites.

Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project management teams.
Collaborate with design and planning teams to resolve execution challenges.
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.

Compliance &
Governance
Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals, building regulations, environmental norms, and local authority requirements.
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance standards.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor project managers, site engineers, and construction teams.
Build high-performing teams and drive accountability across projects.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the construction function.
