Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service:
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests.
Create a memorable dining experience.
Welcome and assist guests professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.

Restaurant Operations
Set up and arrange dining tables.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Clean and organize work areas, utensils, and supplies.
Process guest transactions efficiently.

Safety & Compliance
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Maintain a qualified appearance and behaviour at all times.





Physical Responsibilities
Stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Lift, carry, push, and pull items as required.
Handle menus and verify order details accurately.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
