Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
Configure and customize SAP QM modules based on business requirements.
Design and implement end-to-end QM solutions in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA settings.
Set up and maintain:
Inspection Planning
Inspection Lots
Quality Notifications
Vendor Quality Management
Audit Management
Certificate Processing
Quality Control Processes
Integrate SAP QM with:
Materials Management (MM)
Production Planning (PP)
Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
Plant Maintenance (PM)
Sales & Distribution (SD)
Support inbound, in-process, and outbound quality inspection processes.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP and technical teams.
Provide post-go-live production support and issue resolution.
Create user documentation and conduct end-user training.
