Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, qualified, and vigilant Security Officers to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure setting for patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor hospital entrances, exits, and premises.
Patrol the facility and respond to security incidents.
Assist patients, visitors, and staff with safety-related concerns.
Control visitor access and enforce hospital policies.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.
Complete incident reports accurately and professionally.
Work closely with hospital management and emergency responders when required.

Requirements




Previous security experience preferred (hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
