Role Description This is a full-time remote HR and Marketing Internship role at ImpactX Global. The intern will support HR activities such as maintaining records, assisting with onboarding processes, and helping implement HR policies and basic personnel management tasks. The role also includes marketing responsibilities such as supporting social media campaigns, assisting with content creation, and contributing to community engagement and outreach initiatives.





Day-to-day tasks may involve coordinating with mentors and project teams, gathering feedback from participants, and helping streamline communication across the organization. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn HR and marketing fundamentals, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the student experience.

Qualifications Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

Awareness of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with a willingness to learn and apply best practices.

Basic understanding of Personnel Management and people-focused processes.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Interest in digital marketing, social media, and community outreach.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse teams.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in business, HR, marketing, psychology, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Demonstrated enthusiasm for youth development, leadership, and creating positive impact.
