Key responsibilties

● Design social media content for multiple brands across industries and visual styles.

● Develop campaign creatives, launch communication, festive campaigns, promotional assets and brand-led content.

● Create performance marketing creatives for Meta and other digital advertising platforms. ● Understand the difference between organic social media content and performance marketing creatives.

● Design organic creatives that build brand identity, engagement, recall and long-term audience connection.

● Design performance creatives that communicate the offer quickly, capture attention and encourage clicks, leads or purchases.

● Work closely with strategists, copywriters, performance marketers, social media managers and video editors.

● Participate in client calls to understand briefs, requirements, feedback and areas of dissatisfaction.





● Translate client and internal briefs into solid, relevant visual directions.

● Research references, competitors, visual trends and campaign formats before beginning execution.

● Build moodboards and visual references rather than relying only on the first available idea.

● Adapt brand identities consistently across social media, campaigns, ads, presentations and other marketing materials.

● Create multiple creative variations for performance campaigns and revise them based on campaign results.

● Contribute ideas during brainstorming and campaign strategy discussions.

● Manage multiple client projects while maintaining quality and meeting timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
