Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Collection Team Lead to lead and manage a team of collection executives, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid team handling experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking collections.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection executives to achieve collection targets.
Monitor daily collection performance, productivity, and portfolio health.
Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
Track delinquency buckets (DPD) and ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Handle escalated customer cases and resolve disputes effectively.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.




Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collection performance.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit Risk, and Customer Service teams for issue resolution.
Monitor team attendance, shrinkage, attrition, and overall productivity.
Train current team members and identify development opportunities.
Drive process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and customer experience.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
36 years of experience in Collections, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role.
