Role Description The Hospitality Manager at Green Feast is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role oversees daily hospitality operations, ensuring a welcoming setting for visitors, partners, and clients.

The Hospitality

Manager coordinates food and beverage service related to farm tours, events, and tastings, and maintains high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing front-of-house procedures, supervising hospitality staff, scheduling and delegating tasks, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves training team members,



collaborating with farm and sales teams on guest experiences, and implementing service improvements aligned with Green Feast’s health and sustainability values.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and team members.

Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Hospitality skills to manage service quality, guest experiences, and event operations.

Candidates should possess Training and team leadership skills to onboard, coach, and develop hospitality staff.

Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events, schedules, and operational priorities.

Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to maintain service standards and address guest issues.

Experience in hospitality management, hotels, restaurants, or events is beneficial.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with sustainable or farm-to-table concepts is an advantage.
