Rana Hospital is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, HR policies, and overall human resource operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Post job openings on hiring platforms and schedule interviews.
Screen resumes and coordinate with department heads.
Handle employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Resolve employee concerns and maintain a healthy work setting.
Conduct performance reviews and employee engagement activities.




Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of HR experience (Hospital experience preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
