Internship For HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support end to end recruitment activities, ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain Payroll.
PF/ESIC/TDS
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR operations and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
0 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Comfortable using MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals.
Positive organizational and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience using ATS tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Familiarity with sourcing strategies and Boolean search.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi

Salary: 35,000 -50,000/-

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
