Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR – Operations skilled with up to 3 years of relevant experience to manage and support day-to-day HR operational activities. The role focuses on core HR functions including attendance management, recruitment coordination, payroll support, statutory compliance assistance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor employee attendance records with high accuracy and confidentiality
Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer roll-out, and onboarding documentation
Support timely payroll processing, salary administration, and coordination with payroll vendors/internal finance teams
Track employee leave requests and ensure approvals are aligned with company policies
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Assist in statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) and support internal/external audits




Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll, and perks
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management
Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and basic statutory compliance
Valuable organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience working with HRMS/payroll software will be an added advantage
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
