Key Responsibilities:
Design eye-catching graphics, creatives, and marketing materials for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Create skilled job announcement posters, hiring graphics, and career-related content.
Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to design visual content for recruitment and employer branding.
Develop templates and maintain visual consistency across all brand communication.
Design banners, presentations, and other collaterals as needed for events and campaigns.
Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and platform-specific creative requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with high quality and attention to detail.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and files.
