Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for leading and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy. This role oversees all online marketing activities, including campaign planning, content direction, and performance optimization across web, social media, and digital advertising channels.

The Head of Digital Marketing will manage lead generation initiatives, analyze web and campaign data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include supervising digital marketing staff or vendors, managing budgets, monitoring KPIs,



preparing performance reports, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Marketing, with experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
Proven expertise in Digital Strategy and Web Analytics to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing for brand building, engagement, and community management.
Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation through digital channels, including performance marketing and funnel optimization.
Experience leading digital marketing teams or agencies, with solid project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
Comfort working in office in Lucknow and collaborating closely with business and advisory teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
