Job Title: Hairstylist

Department: Salon Operations

Reporting To: Studio Manager

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable services.
Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, hair spa, treatments, coloring, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other salon services as per company standards.
Recommend and promote salon services and retail products to clients.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitization of workstations and tools.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve individual service and retail sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.




Follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, and safety guidelines.
Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day studio operations.

Requirements
Certification or professional training in hairstyling is preferred.
2–5 years of salon experience.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of skilled hair products and treatments.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
