Officer - GCC Responsibilities Employee Onboarding & Code Generation Generate employee codes for recent joiners (permanent, contractual, and third‑party) as per approved documentation. Ensure completeness and accuracy of onboarding data before system entry. Coordinate with HR Business Partners, recruitment teams, and payroll vendors for timely activation.

Employee Master Data Management

Create, update, and maintain employee master data across HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion / HRMS). Manage changes related to personal details, employment details, reporting structure, cost center, and location. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness at all times.

Employee Query Resolution

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to ELCM processes. Resolve queries within defined SLAs through HR ticketing tools / email / portals. Escalate complex or policy‑related issues to seniors or HRBP as required.

HR Systems & Process Compliance Execute ELCM transactions in HR applications with high accuracy. Adhere to SOPs, HR policies,



and governance guidelines. Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.

MIS & Reporting Support Prepare and maintain ELCM‑related MIS using Excel. Track onboarding, data changes, and query resolution metrics. Share periodic reports with stakeholders as required Qualifications Qualification: Graduate / Post‑Graduate (HR or equivalent preferred) 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations / ELCM / HR Shared Services (GCC Environment) Functional Skills Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes Knowledge of HR operations and shared services setting / GCC HR Familiarity with HRMS / HR applications (Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar) Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Comfortable working on HR applications and ticketing systems Positive documentation and data management skills
