Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in handling Manpower Tenders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and managing government and private sector tenders, ensuring complete compliance with tender requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Search, identify, and evaluate tender prospects through GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and other tender platforms.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids for manpower service tenders.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information for bid submission.
Prepare tender documentation including EMD, PBG, affidavits, declarations,



and other statutory documents.
Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain complete tender records.
Track tender status, attend pre-bid meetings, and respond to client queries.
Handle post-award documentation, contract execution, and correspondence with clients.
Maintain a database of tenders, renewals, and bid history.

Required Skills
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in handling Manpower Tenders.
Valuable knowledge of GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
Robust understanding of government tendering procedures and documentation.
Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
Ability to work under strict deadlines with high accuracy.
