We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to support the Human Resources and Administration team in day-to-day operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance management, and administrative coordination. Based on performance, the candidate will have the prospect to transition into a full-time role as an HR Associate/HR Executive.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate interview processes and maintain recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for current employees, interns, and trainees.
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Internship Letters, and employee records.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and HRMS/ERP updates.
Maintain employee files and ensure proper digital and physical documentation.
Support employee engagement activities,



training programs, and HR events.
Coordinate with different departments for HR and administrative requirements.
Assist in maintaining HR reports, MIS, and recruitment databases.
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support under the guidance of the HR team.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
