We're looking for an HR Fresher to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a great prospect for someone starting their HR career to gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle in a energetic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support the onboarding process for new hires — documentation, orientation, and induction
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Support payroll and attendance tracking coordination
Help draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Address basic employee queries and escalate as needed
Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced startup setting
Good to Have:
Internship experience in HR/recruitment
Familiarity with HRMS tools
Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
