Field Officer – Facility Management

Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–7 Years

Job Responsibilities
Recruit and hire Housekeeping Staff, Supervisors, Pickers, Packers, DEOs, Helpers, and other manpower.
Ensure timely deployment of employees to client locations.
Visit client sites and monitor daily operations.
Handle attendance, discipline, and manpower replacements.
Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
Maintain daily recruitment and site reports.
Achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management or Manpower Recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring of blue-collar manpower is mandatory.




Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Willing to travel within Kurnool and nearby areas.

Immediate Joiners Preferred. Job Type: Full time
