We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in blue-collar recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for roles such as helpers, machine operators, technicians, warehouse staff, drivers, security guards, housekeeping staff, and other shop-floor positions. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills, experience in bulk hiring, and the ability to meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline workforce.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, job fairs, social media, local networks, and field recruitment drives.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Conduct bulk hiring drives to meet business manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate document collection, background verification, and onboarding activities.
Ensure smooth joining of selected candidates and minimize offer dropouts.
Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and recruitment vendors.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor regulations.




Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting as required.

Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, facility management, retail, or similar industries.
Valuable knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
HR certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, staffing, facility management, or industrial recruitment.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance related to blue-collar employees.
Experience handling high-volume recruitment and joining coordination.
