Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing open positions within defined TATs. (Talent Acquisition)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultants to build a solid talent pipeline. (Talent Acquisition)

3.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and finalize job descriptions. (Talent Acquisition) 4.Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining formalities to ensure a smooth candidate experience. (Talent Acquisition)

5.Plan and execute structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. (Onboarding)

6.Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and system/HRMS set-up for recent employees. (Onboarding)

7.Design and drive employee engagement initiatives, events,



and activities to strengthen culture and improve retention. (Employee Engagement)

8.Track and analyze employee feedback/engagement survey results and support action-planning with respective managers. (Employee Engagement)

9.Manage complete employee lifecycle confirmation, transfers, promotions, and internal movements ensuring accurate records at every stage. (Employee Lifecycle)

10.Coordinate structured onboarding journeys aligned to the broader employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth integration and early engagement of recent hires. (Onboarding)

11.Facilitate exit formalities including resignation processing, exit interviews, clearance coordination, and full & final settlement. (Exit)
