Pune – 1 Opening - PCMC – 1 Opening Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full time Job Responsibilities - Hire Delivery Bikers for FirstCry.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field hiring.
Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Complete onboarding documentation.
Maintain daily hiring reports and achieve recruitment targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for manpower requirements. Eligibility - Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply).




Freshers and experienced recruiters are welcome.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
