Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Schedule interviews with Operations and clients. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain daily hiring targets, line-ups, turn-ups, and selection ratios. Ensure quality hiring as per process requirements. Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for manpower planning. Achieve recruitment KPIs within defined TATs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
