Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and hospitality positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment drives.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Handle offer letter generation and onboarding coordination.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth hiring processes.
Promote the employer brand across recruitment channels.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience (Hospitality recruitment preferred).




Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong learning ability may also apply.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ATS or HRMS software is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience
Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality recruitment.
Hiring for Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; Service, Kitchen, Sales, Accounts, and Corporate roles.
