Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance and leave records.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist in payroll inputs and HR reporting.
Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
