About the Role

Nexgen360Digital is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our on-site team in Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a positive workplace culture while supporting the company's day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment records.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or Recruiter is preferred (Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply).
Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
