About the role

Maxima Technologies is a US-based consulting firm looking for an HR Recruiting Manager to own our internal recruitment function end-to-end for offshore operations. You'll lead from the front personally, hiring for all internal open positions while building and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Associates/HR Recruiters. This is a strategic, target-oriented role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and hires for both skill and culture fit.

What you'll do
Own end-to-end talent acquisition for all internal open positions across the company.
Build, lead, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Associates/Recruiters.




Set hiring targets and drive the team to meet them consistently.
Develop and execute recruitment strategy, sourcing channels, and pipeline planning.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand needs and close roles quickly.
Track and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire).
Champion culture fit and a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

What we're looking for
Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience, including team leadership
Proven ability to hire across functions in a fast-paced setting
Strategic, target-driven, and hands-on — comfortable leading by example
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Immediate joiners strongly preferred
