Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the organization's human resources functions. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee timekeeping.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, advantages, and workplace concerns.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS,



and other documentation as required.
Handle employee exit formalities, including clearance and full-and-final settlement coordination.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered).

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRMS or payroll software is an advantage.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
