Role Objective

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process. This role is unique as it requires a "hybrid" recruitment mindset: the ability to source high-level corporate professionals for our headquarters and technical, compliance-driven talent.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation.
Partner with Department Heads at the Corporate Office and Plant Managers to understand specific manpower requirements.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies for diverse roles, ranging from Executive Leadership to Plant Technicians.
Specialized Sourcing
Utilize job portals, industry-specific databases, and professional networks to find niche pharma talent.
Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet both technical qualifications and the cultural fit of VSI Pharma.
Plant & Corporate Coordination
Coordinate in office interviews and virtual/in-person interviews at the Corporate Office.
Maintain a robust pipeline for recurring Corporate Pharma roles to minimize downtime.
Operations & Compliance




Ensure all recruitment processes align with pharma industry labour laws and internal SOPs.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain an updated database of potential candidates.
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for current hires.

Candidate Profile Education & Experience
Education: Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, MBA in HR or a related field.
Experience: Core recruitment experience, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
Exposure: Proven track record of hiring for both Corporate/Commercial roles and Technical roles.

Technical Skills
Strong understanding of pharma-specific designations and roles.
Proficiency in Naukri, and MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills
Agility: Ability to switch gears between corporate professional requirements and technical manufacturing needs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for high-level stakeholder management.
Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills to close offers in a competitive talent market.
