Language Requirement: Hindi (Mandatory) | Knowledge of Punjabi, Haryanvi, Bhojpuri, or other North Indian languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across North Indian markets on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain solid relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
Coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
Negotiate collaboration terms, barter deals, and paid partnerships.
Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines with influencers.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content quality.
Ensure timely content delivery and campaign reporting.




Stay updated on North Indian social media trends, creators, and influencer marketing practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives and brand goals.

Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi (Read, Write, and Speak).
Knowledge of regional North Indian languages is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
