Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for talent acquisition. Fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior internship or experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
