Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join our team as Sales Head. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Domestic IT Staffing, with robust connects & relationships in the industry and the ability to bring in big clients / product-based companies / high-volume hiring assignments . This role requires a visionary leader who can drive business growth, secure key accounts, and deliver exceptional staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients, with a focus on product-based companies and large enterprises.

Identify and secure bulk hiring, HTD, RPO, and exclusive staffing assignments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.

Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.





Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as in Sales in Domestic IT Staffing.

Robust network and relationships with product-based companies and large enterprises.

Demonstrated success in securing bulk hiring, HTD, RPO, and exclusive staffing requirements.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.

Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
