Payroll:

· Payroll Processing & Administration: Executing payroll on time for 500 employees, calculating gross-to-net pay, managing tax deductions, and distributing wages.

· Statutory: Having knowledge in PF ESI PT GRADUITY calculations.

· Data Accuracy & Records Management: Maintaining up-to-date employee data, such as salary, Leave, On duty, C Off, Permission, advantages, and personal details.

· Compliance & Reporting:



Ensuring adherence to federal and local labour laws, managing payroll taxes, and generating compliance reports.

· Time & Attendance Monitoring: Tracking attendance, overtime, and leave to calculate accurate pay, particularly dealing with Loss of Pay (LOP).

· Employee Support: Resolving queries regarding pay checks, deductions, and salary revisions.

Adminstration:

· Organizational Skills: Excellent record-keeping such as Contract workers tracker, Courier tracker, Vendor bills, Vehicle movement, Housekeeping, Gardening and Petty cash.

· Communication: Solid verbal and written skills for interacting with employees and vendors.

· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office/spread sheets.

· Knowledge: Basic understanding of Factory laws and HR practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
