Job Title: International Recruitment Executive / Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:Source skilled, semi-skilled, and blue-collar candidates for overseas manpower requirements.

Handle recruitment for construction, industrial, and technical categories.

Coordinate with agents, recruiters, and candidate networks for manpower sourcing.

Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.

Coordinate skill tests, interviews, documentation, and mobilization process.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in manpower recruitment / overseas recruitment preferred.

Knowledge of blue-collar and industrial workforce hiring.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage bulk hiring requirements.

Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
