Education & Training




Bachelors degree in information systems,
Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Training or experience in Yardi Voyager Administration, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, SSRS, property management, and affordable housing programs is preferred.

3+ years of Yardi Voyager administration experience
Knowledge of property management and accounting
Security administration and workflow configuration
Reporting and dashboard development
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Robust communication skills
Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, PRA)
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and Yardi modules
