Key Responsibilities Implementation & Delivery Lead end-to-end HRMS/HCM implementation projects — from project kick-off and requirement discovery through configuration, testing, go-live, and handover to support.

Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with client HR, payroll, and IT teams to understand current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.

Translate business requirements into system design and configure the platform accordingly — including organization structure, workflows, leave and attendance policies, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.

Prepare and maintain implementation documentation such as requirement specifications (BRD/FRD), configuration workbooks, data migration templates, and project status reports. Data Migration & Testing Guide clients through employee master data collection, validation, and migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness before go-live.

Plan and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — prepare test scenarios, coordinate testing cycles with client stakeholders, track defects, and ensure timely resolution and sign-off.

Onboarding & Go-Live Manage client onboarding activities and ensure smooth,



on-schedule go-lives with minimal disruption to the client's HR operations.

Deliver end-user and admin training sessions (in-person and virtual), and create training materials, user guides, and FAQs to drive product adoption.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, setting transparent expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to resolve gaps, escalate product issues, and communicate enhancement requests.

Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, and communicate mitigation plans to both client and internal leadership. Post-Implementation Support Provide hypercare and post-go-live support — troubleshoot configuration and data issues, resolve tickets within agreed SLAs, and ensure a smooth transition to the ongoing support team.

Gather client feedback post-implementation and share insights with product teams to improve the platform and implementation methodology.
