Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for Bespoke engineering equipment (Boilers, Machinery, Gasification Systems, Waste-to-Energy Solutions, etc.).
Conduct detailed techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers.
Understand and assess client technical requirements and propose appropriate engineering solutions.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships across industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
Prepare proposals, quotations, technical presentations, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams for application fitment and technical support.
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiation, deal closure.
Provide accurate market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Travel frequently for client meetings, plant visits, and industry events.
Represent the organization as a trusted technical advisor and solution specialist.

What Were Looking For




Experience of 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Develoment of engineering / industrial equipment
Renewable energy Related equipment
Custom design Engineering equipments in process industry
Experience in sales of Boilers, Machinery, Gasification, WtE, or related heavy-engineering products.
Robust ability to conduct techno-commercial discussions confidently.
Proven track record in handling B2B industrial clients in a front-facing role.
Solid understanding of technical applications, engineering drawings, and product fitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.
A proactive, high-energy, and self-driven qualified with a go-getter attitude.
Comfortable with extensive travel as part of the role. (National & International)
