International Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of 25 sales professionals while driving international business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in international sales, and the ability to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 25 international sales executives.
Drive international sales revenue, conversion rates, and target achievement.
Monitor sales pipelines, daily performance, KPIs, and closing ratios.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Build a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching, training, and feedback.
Support negotiations and close high-value international business prospects.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in International Sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.




Prior experience managing and developing sales teams.
Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
BPO/International Voice Process background preferred.
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
Comfortable working in the US Shift from the Noida office.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience handling international clients, particularly in the US market.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
